Why am I discharging what looks like tissue? What is it and what does it mean?

So, I was prescribed the vaginal gel for BV and I started that prescription on Sunday, yesterday I used the bathroom and as im wiping myself on the toilet paper I see (I don't know if it's discharge or the gel) but this clear substance and purple-ish tissue. What is that? why is that? Could it be that I havent had my period in almost two months (because I'm on Implanon)?
