Do I have an infection or something?

Im 15 and my stomach's been hurting all day, a little while i spent like 30 minutes trying to poop and it feels like giving birth, the only thing i pooped was this mucusy substance? Im scared to ask my parents because it might ruin our trip to disneyworld in 2 days, im also scared it might be an infection?
