Deep Cleaning Old Porcelain Bathtub. What Can I Use To Now Keep It That Way?

I am in the process of deep cleaning an old porcelain bathtub, including the removal of some very stubborn mineral deposits and pitting. The porcelain is white, but there is some slight, darker mottled discoloration which I can't get out. What substance can I use to now keep it bright and shiny?
