Really gross sunburn questions but i need help ASAP!?

ok so i went swimming yesterday and i didnt put sunscreen on my face and now my forehead is burned and swollen and i looked in the mirror and there were 2 little wet spots and i wiped them and on my tissue it looked almost like after u pop a pimple and its pale yellow... at first i thought it was oil or something but when ever i squeeze where that spot was more of that substance comes out :'( please help **ALSO what are some ways to bring down the swelling and take away the burn :)
