Whats the movie where.....?

i believe its halloween and these ogre like creatures come to life and the only way to stop them before they become to powerful is to spray milk over them and 1 becomes powerful and the only way to stop it was to show it love and the guy kisses it. i also think it involves 5 kids or something although that might be halloween 3....
