Is my vaginal discharge due to pregnancy or due to my vaginal infection?

Hi. I really need help. I can't calm myself for about couple of days already :( I have irregular period and due to this my doctor can't tell if I'm pregnant. My last contact was two weeks ago already. It was unprotected. Three days ago, I went to the doctor. I am confirmed to have vaginitis, which is a vaginal infection. The discharge I'm having is like a cloudy white sticky substance. Help! Obviously I'm not trying to get pregnant.
