I need to lose weight fast!?
What it sounds like you need to do is not really lose weight but tone your body. I would suggest doing yoga and pilates and even Zumba. Both pretty much free and you can do at home. The yoga actually develops and strengthens muscles so you wont have the "pudge" Eating vegetables, fish, and chicken are very good for your diet. Also, if you want to prevent cheating on this diet, definitely, stock plenty of fruits in your house. When you are tempted for something sweet, eat one of the fruits and you'll be a lot happier you did later on. Make sure to eat about 5 small meals a day. It actually increases your metabolism which will be very helpful.
