Difference between Oxycodone 30mg and Powdered Opium/Heroin?

There is some Powdered Opium or should I call it heroin(what do yall think?)going around and I wanted to know how much worse one is then the other. And I am talking about if you were to snort it. Is it the same feeling? Are they pretty much the same thing? Its a white substance.
