Please help I don't know what's wrong? Infection? STI?

Today I got home and a went to go to the bathroom. I looked down and saw a cottage cheese like substance. It was ammiting a foul odor that smelt something like fish and bubble gum. After recently having a miscarraige and craving cottage cheese I was curious so I tasted a bit. It tasted matallic and a bit like blood.
