Can you multiple the ability on the Ogre Menial card in New Phyrexia?

In the new Magic the Gathering Set, New Phyrexia, there is a card, Ogre Menial that has an ability to add +1/+0 until end of turn that only costs 1 red mana. Can i pay 2 red mana, 3 red mana etc to multiply the effect?
